‘F*cking dreadful’: Samie reveals she cried ‘all day’ in the Love Island All Stars villa

When Samie Elishi was a bombshell on Love Island All Stars, people noticed her eyes appeared puffy and red, as though she may have been crying. She’s now revealed she cried “all day” when she was on the show, and called her experience “f*cking dreadful.”

Samie entered the villa late, and expressed an interest in Luca. She stole him from Grace in a coupling, but it soon became clear he was only interested in Grace, and went back to her. Samie was then dumped, after just days in the villa.

Throughout her short stay, Samie got a lot of slack for trying to crack on with Luca, when he already had a connection with Grace. She also took the brunt of the backlash, despite Luca being the one who kissed her during a challenge.

Samie had a lot of tough chats in the villa, and during these her eyes appeared red and puffy. Whilst we never saw her crying, people on Twitter were quick to assume she was upset by her situation, and that was why her eyes looked that way.

In a TikTok since being dumped, Samie has confirmed this. “After seeing how puffy my eyes were on national TV after crying all day,” she said in the post. In the video, she lip-synced to a sound that said: “Well that, was f*cking dreadful.”

“You didn’t deserve to be put through all that,” one person said in the comments. Another added: “You still looked beautiful. I could tell it was crying eyes.”

Speaking in her exit interview, Samie reflected on ultimately knowing Luca was going to pick Grace. “I knew where it was gonna go, I knew that Luca was going to pick Grace,” she said. “I thought at least I’m going out after I pied him in the challenge – I drew a line under it all the night before, so I was feeling happy with not being picked by him.

“I didn’t make any movements on Luca, it was always the public choosing or him kissing me. Obviously Grace thought I was trying to get an in, but I never took it. I’d rather a guy come to me.” She added: “It’s just how the cookie crumbles. I went in there and there was only one guy that I fancied.”
