‘They see you as more of an object’: How OnlyFans’s Lily Phillips deals with dating

Despite being a self-proclaimed “online sluzza”, the OnlyFans model Lily Phillips does not see dating as a priority right now. She hasn’t been on a regular date since she was 21, when she first moved to London after studying at the University of Sheffield.

She told The Tab: “I don’t really date. That’s just a personal choice, just because I don’t think I’m really in the position to at the minute. But that doesn’t mean I can’t. I really want to focus on my career.”

Lily Phillips isn’t looking for a relationship right now, but hasn’t ruled it out for later on in life. “Maybe not a monogamous one,” she added.

She has a very set list of what she looks for in a romantic partner. “Someone who’s really kind, someone who’s confident, someone with a really good heart, someone who’s funny.”

Lily continued, “I’ve always been really big on personality. There’s a big difference between arrogance and confidence. I hate arrogance, but like confidence.”

She doesn’t mind sleeping with people for OnlyFans videos who she wouldn’t normally be attracted to. “It’s just a part of the job!” she said cheerfully. It doesn’t bother her if some men are lacking in sexual experience. “I feel quite honoured that I’m helping them”. But there’s one quality that Lily Phillips really dislikes in the men who queue up to have sex with her.

Lily Phillips is insistent that the majority of men she sleeps with on camera are extremely nice. But when hundreds of people queue up for her – she’s literally planning to sleep with 300 people in one go in March – there will inevitably be some men who are too demanding, and borderline rude.

“I don’t mind requests. I don’t mind people saying, ‘Can you do this? Can you do that?’ But just say it in a more pleasant way.”
