Nicole Young ‘abruptly’ cut from Selling Sunset after alleged ‘explosive’ fight with Chrishell

Guys, I have some serious Selling Sunset tea and yes it still involves Chrishell and Nicole because I genuinely don’t think we’re ever going to move past their drama.

In case you need a quick update on the drama that happened with Nicole and Chrishell last time they were on our screens let’s have a little recap. Nicole basically accused Emma of having an affair with a married man, something which she very strongly denied.

She later explained where the rumour came from, telling Vulture: “There’s zero truth to that rumour. I know what she’s referring to.

“First off, it was in 2021 that I showed this person properties and then they actually asked to invest in my empanada company.

“I said ‘No,’ and nothing happened. When I say nothing happened, I never touched this man, never kissed this man, never held hands with this man.”

This caused major friction in the cast, with Chrishell very firmly taking Emma’s side to the point where she threatened to “quit” the show. During an interview with ExtraTV, she claimed: “I will never work on a show with her [Nicole] again.” It’s all been very messy.

But now it seems the drama between Nicole and Chrishell has reached an all time breaking point after Nicole’s allegedly been asked to stop filming after an “incident” during a dinner scene.

According to TMZ, she’s been “put on pause” from filming any more scenes for season nine of the Netflix series and her role on the show “remains in limbo.”

Apparently, she was cut very “abruptly” after an “explosive incident” between Nicole and her Selling Sunset co-stars, which led to production making the choice to ask her to step back.

A source claimed that the cast attended a dinner in November 2024, with the “explosive incident” kicking off when Emma and Chrishell arrived and Nicole kicked off, with things getting “heated.”

After the dinner, Jason Oppenheim reportedly filmed a one on one scene with Nicole where he informed her it would be best if she were to “take a step back” from filming and being in the office. Reports claim she “hasn’t filmed anything” since November.

Apparently, the Selling Sunset got all the dinner drama between Nicole and Chrishell on camera, so it looks like next season could be the most explosive one yet if the claims are true.
