Multiple online sources report that he took home around $20 million from fighting the 27 year old YouTube star Jake Paul. And I have to say – $20 million would entice me to come out of retirement too, winner or loser.

It’s not actually the most Mike has ever been paid for a fight – in 1988 he was paid $20 million to get in the ring with Michael Spinks, but that amount would be $53 million adjusted with inflation. Mike knocked out Spinks in 91 seconds.

His net worth is also $80 million already, according to Celebrity Net Worth, which is eight times Mike’s.

Despite the huge pay discrepancy between the two boxers, I think it’s safe to say both Jake Paul and Mike Tyson earned their fair share from their fight.
