The Perfect Couple on Netflix: Here’s where you’ve seen the star-studded cast before

We all love a whodunit, and Netflix’s The Perfect Couple is no exception. Honestly, I binged it in a day.

Set in Nantucket, the story follows a filthy rich family and their guests who are all preparing for a wedding but after a body is found on the day of the wedding, a web of scandal, lies and deceit will soon be exposed. And whilst the plot line had me hooked, I felt like I spent more time trying to figure out where I’d seen the actors than working out who the show’s murderer was.

So, if you’re in the same boat I was in, then keep on reading because I’m here to tell you all of the other shows The Perfect Couple cast have been in.

Nicole Kidman

Out of all the other shows The Perfect Couple cast members have been in, I’m starting with the obvious one because clearly everyone knows who Nicole Kidman is. This Aussie icon has been a member of the Hollywood elite for decades, starring in films such as The Others, Just Go With It, Practical Magic, and Aquaman. More recently, she starred alongside Zac Efron in age gap rom com, A Family Affair.

In The Perfect Couple, Nicole plays Greer Garrison-Winbury, novelist and family matriarch. She is also the mother of Benji, the show’s groom.

Nicole is also known for her marriage to Tom Cruise which ended in the infamous divorce photos. If you don’t know what I mean, look it up.

Eve was also in Robin Hood alongside Taron Egerton, Bridge of Spies with Tom Hanks.

When she’s not playing a Nantucket bride, Eve also has very interesting personal life as she is actually Bono’s daughter. Who knew?

Meghann Fahy

Meghann plays Merritt, the series’ victim, bride’s best friend, and ultimate messy girly.

She is probably most notably known for her role as Daphne in the second season of White Lotus, but you may also recognise her from The Bold Type and The Lost Valentine.

Meghann is also in a relationship with Leo Woodhall who plays Dexter in One Day.

Billy Howle

The show’s groom, Benji is played by English actor, Billy Howle.

If you’re a fan of British dramas then you may recognise him as Billy has been in The Serpent, The Beast Must Die, and The Witness for the Prosecution.

He has also appeared in Star Wars, and with Saoirse Ronan in On Chesil Beach.

Ishaan Kathar

Starring as Benji’s best man, Shooter, Ishaan has been in a number of Bollywood movies such as Dhadak, Phone Bhoot, and Beyond the Clouds.

He is also the son of actors, Rajesh Khattar and Neelima Azeem.

If you’re hoping to see him again soon then fear not, as Ishaan is soon to be starring in The Royals on Netflix.

Dakota Fanning

Maybe I’m showing my age but to me, Dakota Fanning is best known for her iconic roles as Sally in Cat in the Hat, and Jane in the Twilight series.

But when she’s not rocking some red contacts and a flowy Volturi robe, Dakota is starring in a number of other top-tier films such as Coraline, Once Upon A Time… In Hollywood, and Charlotte’s Web. Out of all the other shows and films The Perfect Couple cast members have been in, Dakota’s are some of the biggest.

She also has an incredibly famous sister too, Elle Fanning who you may recognise from Maleficent.

Isabelle Adjani

French actress and singer, Isabelle Adjani has had an illustrious career, having been the only actress to win five César awards. She’s been in both English and French films including Possession, La Reine Margot, and One Deadly Summer. A true multi-lingual icon.

Isabelle was also married to Oscar-winning actor, Daniel Day Lewis.

Jack Reynor

Irish-American actor, Jack has been blockbusters including Midsommar with Florence Pugh, Transformers: Age of Extinction, and On the Basic of Sex.

He also starred alongside his Perfect Couple cast mate, Eve Hewson in Flora and Son, an Apple TV original film.

If you’re a fan of historical movies, you might also recognise Jack from Macbeth (2015) where he played Malcolm, or A Royal Night Out which is based on Princesses Elizabeth and Margaret escaping Buckingham Palace to join in on VE Day celebrations.

Michael Beach

Michael plays Nantucket police officer, Dan Carter in The Perfect Couple, and is no newbie when it comes to acting.

Michael’s career spans decades and has seen him star in films such as Aquaman, Internal Affairs, and Soul Food.

However, you’re more likely to know Michael from television as he’s been in a number of high profile series including Sons of Anarchy, ER, S.W.A.T, and Chicago PD, so this isn’t his first time he’s had to deal with an onscreen murder.
