Starmer is visiting student paramedics at York
The Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer is visiting The University of York today.
Together with shadow health secretary Wes Streeting, he is in York to meet trainee paramedics at the University.
The Labour leader met students on staff on the Clinical Simulation Ward learning about ECG recording and interpretation. He also watched a demonstration of CPR training by the paramedic students at The Hull York Medical School.

Students also spotted Starmer in the Library earlier today.
Speaking to the media at The University of York, he said that Rishi Sunak must “come clean” and publish his financial interests and that the allegation of Sunak failing to declare an interest is “obviously serious”.
