Example set to headline Freshers
Artist who cancelled last year will appear alongside Radio 1 DJs
Ollie ParsonsIn a live stream presented by this years Exec team it was announced that Example will headline this year’s Freshers’ Ball.
Example was poised to headline last years Summer Ball, but cancelled at the last minute.
This years Freshers’ Ball will also feature Becky Hill, who has collaborated with both Rudimental and Wilkinson. She will be joined by Shift K3Y who produced the single “Touch”, which reached number three in the charts.
The two weeks of freshers will experience sets from Radio 1 DJs including Huw Stephens, Chris Stark, Jamillia Jamil and Greg James.
Freshers are hitting new levels of keen.
Steffan Lloyd, VP Sport announced the heats for the Sing-Off during the live reveal.
Heat 1: Cayley, Rutherford, Bakewell, Falk-Egg and Elyvn Richards
Heat 2: William Morris, Harry French, Faraday, Towers and Telford.
Heat 3: Rigg Rut, Butler Court, Royce, David Collett.
William Morris will be formidable opponents.
