Channel 4’s First Dates is looking for single people in Bristol

There’s hope for us all

Channel 4’s First Dates restaurant is coming to Bristol to offer singletons a chance to connect over dinner and drinks rather than toffee vodka shots in Lounge.

The show, which films couples as they embark on a blind date is normally filmed in London and has entertained the nation with love birds sometimes falling in love, sometimes in lust and, often, discovering that blind dates are not for them.

The French Maître D, Fred who every viewer is sure to fall in love with, spouts old French wisdom about love, lust and passion, and now perhaps, is now looking for people across the country to come to the restaurant near St Paul’s Cathedral in London.

He wants to find you love

The First Dates team will be hunting Bristol next week for daters who are keen to take part. All you need to do to be filmed awkwardly meeting the love of your life is fill out this simple questionnaire with all your strengths and flaws so everyone and their mum can watch you flop or fly on TV.

If it doesn’t work out, there’s always the Bunker Fingerer.
