I can barely contain my excitement writing this sentence, but Love Island is returning in less than a week people. It’s literally less than seven days until we get to see influencers crack on with personal trainers, all in the hope of falling in love and securing that PrettyLittleThing contract. It’s the summer of mugging off, types on paper, and the chaotic Casa Amor.

Twitter comes alive during Love Island season, and produces some top tier memes. The show hasn’t even started, and yet the memes sharing throwbacks of previous series are rolling in. People are talking about bringing the smoking area back, anticipating the iconic facial expressions, and reminiscing on Curtis saying he wanted to get everyone a coffee in the morning. How can you not be excited about moments like that returning?
