Hundreds of Boris lookalikes gathered to rave outside No. 10 in protest of the PM

They chanted ‘this is a work event’

Hundreds of people dressed up in suits, blonde wigs and stylish Boris masks gathered outside of Downing Street to rave to hard-core techno music and chant “this is a work event”.

Journalist, Liz Bates, spotted them at lunch and posted a video to her Twitter.

The Boris’s were filmed on an absolute mad one – opening cans of lager and bottles of Rose as they danced to the hard-core dance music.

Youtuber Jaack then came on Twitter to claim responsibility for the party – saying he hired “100 Boris Johnson’s” for the rave.

One attendee tweeted that he was “proud to be a part of history”.

The chant, “This is a work event”, has become a living meme thanks to Mr Johnson’s excuse he gave to the House of Commons for attending a party at Downing Street on May 20th.

It comes as No. 10 apologised to Buckingham Palace for two parties held in Downing Street on the night before the Duke of Edinburgh’s funeral.

Now, 91 per cent of young people think that Boris should resign. At least they’re having some fun with it.
