Inside the boujie resort where this season of The Bachelorette was filmed

No it’s not actually the hotel from High School Musical

The Bachelorette is officially back for season 17 and this year the show is heading to a stunning hotel resort that looks like it’s straight out of High School Musical 2.

This season sees former The Bachelor contestant Katie Thurston whittle down 30 men in order to find her husband and she’s got a very nice location to find her future man in.

The show was planning to head to Canada to film the current season, however due to Covid restrictions they filmed the entire season in New Mexico at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa.

Though the hotel looks oddly similar to the one used for the second High School Musical film, thanks to its desert appearance, that hotel is actually the Inn at Entrada.

The Bachelorette hotel is based in New Mexico and has 350 rooms available and five restaurants for guests to eat at.

The resort has a gym, pool, stables and golf course to keep guests and Bachelorette contestants busy. Rooms at the hotel vary from £261 to £322 per night and you can take your dog for the cost of $150.
