If you thought Megan’s surgery transformation was wild, then WOW look at Ellie’s!!!

Remember Megan's pre-surgery throwback pictures which shook everyone to their core? Well, prepare to be shocked even more because it turns out she isn't the only Islander who looked entirely different just a few years ago.

Ellie's best friend Harley Brash has posted a number of photos of her through the ages and she honestly looked like another person before Love Island.

Ellie Brown is the one on the right in the picture above. The photos were taken in 2015 and her lips, cheeks, nose and eyebrows all seem to be a different shape.

For comparison, below is a picture of her from a recent Instagram. Her cheeks seem more chiselled, her nose is thinner and her lips are fuller these days.
