Lily Phillips reveals new surgery and the jarring way she imagines her OnlyFans career ending

Lily Phillips has never been one to shy away from giving out too much information, and in a recent vlog video with an influencer, she revealed her latest cosmetic surgery procedure and the rather surprising way she sees her OnlyFans era coming to an end.

Though she’s of course most well-known for her x-rated content and less than moral stance on making it, unlike Bonnie Blue, Lily also has a flourishing influencer career that sees her make vlog-style videos alongside other content creators. Just recently, she collabed with fitness YouTuber Vince Iannone, who, funnily enough, also did a video with Bonnie.

In the vlog, Lily Phillips revealed how she had recently gone under the knife for a “small BBL” because she doesn’t like to maintain her physique through physical fitness. A fat mood if you ask me.

“I don’t like to, like, lift weights. It’s too much,” she added.

Elsewhere in the vlog, she also revealed how she’ll “never” give up the OnlyFans business for the clear and simple reason that she loves sex.

“I want to be a grandma and doing it. I said to my friends before I even started, ‘I can imagine myself dying while having sex,’” she said. “I love my work.”

What cosmetic surgery has Lily Phillips had?

Besides the recent small BBL, we have a pretty good understanding of what enhancement surgeries and procedures Lily Phillips has had. One of the first surgeries she had upon getting her first OnlyFans paycheck was a labiaplasty to – and I’m sorry for writing this – trim “off the extra meat.”

“I’ve also recently got some liposuction on my belly,” she also told the Shizzo podcast. “It doesn’t look that much different, it just took out a little pouch.”

Lily then revealed how she had chin implants put in to enhance her profile, explaining, “I’ve had a chin implant. I just had a little bit of a setback chin so they just put a little implant into it. It just helps to give you a better profile.”

The only other cosmetic procedure she’s talked openly about is laser scar removal to have her moneymaker looking “pristine” for the cameras. She noted how it wasn’t particularly painful besides “a bit pinchy and a bit hot.”

“Today I’m actually going to have my skin lasered off. I’m getting laser scar removal. Basically, I had liposuction, and they put the scars on my pubic area. And as much as that would be great for the average Joe, I am naked, like, 90 per cent of the time,” she said on TikTok at the time.
