Selling Sunset boss Jason has a new girlfriend – and she works at The Oppenheim Group!
New Selling Sunset drama: Unlocked
It’s been confirmed that Selling Sunset boss Jason Oppenheim has a new girlfriend, and she works for The O Group! Maybe we’ll have a new cast member to shake up the drama?
He’s been pictured kissing Jessica Vargas, as they went official with their relationship, attending a premiere together. They were seen at The Accountant 2 red carpet this week.
According to The Oppenheim Group website, Jessica is a realtor associate there. “With more than 10 years in sales, Jessica has developed numerous skill sets relevant to the real estate sales process, and she has excellent communication which augments her ability to successfully close complicated deals,” her profile reads.

There are group pictures of Jessica and Jason on his Instagram from back in summer 2024, so it looks as though they may have been seeing each other for a number of months. The couple were seen enjoying a trip to Mykonos, with other Selling Sunset cast members.
This definitely isn’t the first time Jason has dated a co-worker. At this point I’m wondering if he hires people just to date them. He’s previously dated Chrishell Stause, Nicole Young and Mary Fitzgerald – all of which are O Group agents.
His most recent public relationship was with model Marie-Lou Nurk, who he met in July 2022. However, they announced their split in May 2023, after 10 months together.

“While we still love and care about each other very much the distance between us has proven to be too great a challenge to overcome,” Jason wrote on Instagram. “We remain close friends and continue to talk often and support each other and we want the very best for one another. We thank everyone for their support throughout our relationship.”
