From underground tunnels to AI songs: Debunking all the wild theories about P Diddy
Let’s break down what’s real and what’s not
There have been plenty of theories surrounding P Diddy of late, including those about underground tunnels beneath his mansion and an AI song supposedly written by Justin Bieber.
However, a lot of the rumours and theories are actually false and can be debunked as such so let’s break down all of the wild theories about the rapper P Diddy.

Back in March of this year, the various houses of rapper P Diddy were raided by federal authorities, and theories were quickly sparked that they’d actually found underground tunnels beneath his LA residence that led directly to the Playboy mansion.
During the raids, police said they had found many of his “freak off” accessories including narcotics and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil, but did they really find underground tunnels?
Alleged screenshots from an apparent CNN broadcast of the raids showed what was supposed to be the underground tunnels, with those on Twitter claiming the tunnel led directly to the Playboy mansion.

Whilst there were actually a series of underground tunnels that led from the Playboy Mansion to various celebrities’ homes such as Jack Nicholson and Warren Beatty, these were reportedly sealed off and shut down in the 1980s, as reported by People.

But the rumour that P Diddy has a series of underground tunnels beneath his LA mansion is false. Reuters confirmed in March that the claims were false and that the CNN screenshot of the tunnel was a “manipulated image and not something CNN reported.”
Whilst Diddy does have an underground pool with a large grotto attached to it, it’s definitely not connected to the Playboy mansion but it could explain why some people had theories that there were underground tunnels built beneath his home.
Viral TikTok song people thought Justin Bieber sang about what happened at P Diddy’s parties

A mysterious song that appears to be sung by Justin Bieber about his former mentor P Diddy with the lyrics “lost myself at a Diddy party” has been going viral, but is actually real or not?
The song seems to have first made the rounds on TikTok in April and has recently resurfaced following the news that P Diddy has been charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, transportation and engaging in prostitution and denies all charges against him.
P Diddy was the former mentor of Justin Bieber, leading some people to think the song that included the lyrics “lost myself at a Diddy party” was about his experiences with the rapper.
The lyrics state: “Lost myself at a Diddy party, didn’t know that’s how it go, I was in it for a new Ferrari, but it cost me way more than my soul, wasn’t worth all the fortune and fame.”
However, CBS News ran the track through various AI audio detection tools as well as speaking to experts who have confirmed that the song is almost certainly entirely AI generated. Stephen Stah, co-founder of AI-Spy told CBS he believes that someone wrote the lyrics and melody then put it into an AI website and used a clone of the voice of Justin Bieber to sing the lyrics “lost myself at a Diddy party” and produce the song.
He explained: “AI is [going to] be able to help anybody create a song easily, quicker, more efficiently,” Stahl said. “The downside is that everybody will be able to create a song. So talent is no longer a prerequisite to construct a great song.”
Allegedly ‘fake memoir’ about the relationship between P Diddy and Kim Porter
Amazon removed a memoir labelled as “fake” which claimed to tell a story of an abusive relationship between P Diddy and Kim Porter, his late ex-wife. The book was titled Kim’s Lost Words: A Journey for Justice, From the Other Side. The book has been denounced as fabricated by both P Diddy and his three children in a statement.
The book was said to be filled with spelling errors and grammatical mistakes and contained information about the alleged physical abuse and sexual violence P Diddy has been accused of.
A spokesperson for Amazon told The Independent: “We were made aware of a dispute regarding this title and have notified the publisher. The book is not currently available for sale in our store.”

The children of P Diddy and Kim Porter have criticised the book as being completely false after it rose to become a bestseller on the Amazon charts in September. They labelled the book as “hurtful and false” and asked people to “please respect our mother” and “hold her legacy in high regard so that she may rest in peace.” Kim Porter passed away six years ago aged 47.
The book was published by “investigative producer, author and journalist” Chris Todd, who claimed he had sources “very close to Kim and Sean Combs.” He claims they have him a “flash drive, documents and tapes” from Kim Porter that he used to write the memoir.
P Diddy issued a statement about the allegedly fake memoir from prison, claiming that the book is all fabricated information.
