Con artist Anna Delvey is on Dancing With The Stars and her ankle tag is stealing the show

In the most iconic news maybe ever, and in a truly wild turn events, convicted felon con artist Anna Delvey has been announced as a cast member in the next season of Dancing With The Stars. If that wasn’t jawdropping enough, her official promo pic shows Anna Delvey wearing her ankle monitor tag in all the Dancing With The Stars glamour. No, this is not a joke. This is actually happening.

Today on Good Morning America, Anna Delvey was confirmed as part of the cast after being rumoured for months. She will be joined in the cast with other American celebs like Tori Spelling, Reginald VelJohnson and Jenn Tran. For those who are unfamiliar with her work, Anna Delvey was jailed in 2019 after she conned people out of a load of money which totalled around $250,000 as she deceived people into thinking she was a German heiress.

She became a household name and got renewed attention in 2022 when Netflix released Inventing Anna, a series dramatising her story and starring the utterly incredible Julia Garner as Anna Delvey. She is currently under house arrest for her crimes, but has been granted release to use social media and fly from her home in New York to Los Angeles where Dancing With The Stars is filmed. She will be paired up to dance with Eric Sosa.
