Liam Reardon has called Millie Court wife material and is hinting he’ll win her back

They only announced their shock split four months ago, but Love Island 2021 winner Liam Reardon is already hinting he may have plans to win Millie Court back.

Suspiciously, these rekindling intentions have been revealed just as Liam is about to appear on the upcoming season of Celebs Go Dating in an attempt “move forward” with his “new life” without Millie. Right.

Yet, he told new! Magazine he still hasn’t “ruled out” getting back with her.

“I definitely haven’t ruled it out because I know her morals and what she has, and that is something I would want in someone, in a wife,” he said, adding: “I need to concentrate on myself and if it’s meant to be, we’ll find our way back to each other.”

Making it clear that he decided to break up with Millie and not the other way round, Liam explained: “I instigated it because of the way I was feeling. That’s nothing on her – she’s beautiful, she’s an amazing girl.

“Never say never, maybe one day in the future, we’ll rekindle,’ he continued. “But for now, I just need to do my own thing and be on my own path.

When Liam and Millie announced their split in July, there were rumours he’d cheated and that infidelity had caused the end of their relationship – allegations they both deny. And, according to Liam, he and Millie are still very much there for each other.

“Nothing will ever take away from the amazing experience we shared in Love Island and the past year we’ve been so lucky to both come into each other’s lives,” he said. “We will both continue to be friends and I will remain as Millie’s biggest supporter in all that she does and I know she will always do amazing.”

Still, fans have relentlessly ridiculed Liam for going on Celebs Go Dating so soon after the breakup with Millie and now the revelation that he one day intends to get back with her has made things all the more chaotic.

But Millie doesn’t seem to share Liam’s desire to leave their relationship on the backburner until he’s ready to recouple. All summer, she was partying in Ibiza and Paris, moving on and staying true to what she wrote on Instagram when they announced their split: “We’re both ready for new chapters and I’m excited for what’s next.”

So, Liam might have to grovel pretty hard if he really does want her back.
