These were the most popular Airbnbs last year and I’ve never wanted a holiday more
Get me out of this country and into one of these Airbnbs
Airbnb has just released their annual list of the most liked properties on their Instagram and they are guaranteed to make you want to book a flight and get the hell out of here.
The Airbnbs range from houseboats on the Danube River to isolated cabins in the depths of the mountains to picturesque villas in France. They’re boujie, aesthetically appealing and usually provide a unique experience.
They may not necessarily be the ones constantly booked up but they are easily the most popular on Instagram by a mile.
These are the top 10 most liked Airbnbs on Instagram last year:
Zion EcoCabin, Utah, USA
This Airbnb is truly secluded in the Zion mountains but close enough to a town to get supplies. It sleeps two people, has a hot tub, fire pit and just straight up incredible views.
Imagine waking up there?
I could very easily have my morning coffee here.
Booking for the giant rubber duck alone.

Raven Rock Treehouse, North Carolina, USA
This Airbnb is like all of my childhood dreams happening at once – sleeping in a tree house in the sky. The house is located in North Carolina and sleeps two people.
It’s in a remote setting but still near a town which has wineries, restaurants and shops.
Literally straight out of a fairytale.
Peak cottage core vibes.
Evening beers here would go down a treat.

Crow’s Nest, California, USA
This place literally looks like it belongs in the woods in Forks from Twilight and I am obsessed.
It sleeps four people in two rooms and has a hot tub, fireplace and large deck.
I mean, look at it!
Quite literally immersed in nature.
This is an interior style I can get behind.

The Kingdom A-Frame, Vermont, USA
Yet another cabin which has received a high number of likes on Airbnb’s Instagram. This cabin is based in Vermont and can sleep four guests.
It’s pretty big, got a fireplace, is near nature trails and has plenty of games if the outside isn’t your vibe.
The blue really makes the whole place pop.
Sadly the dog doesn’t come with the Airbnb but you can bring your own.
The tiles – *chef’s kiss*.

The Woodlands House, Oregon, USA
This Airbnb will make you wish it was winter all year round. The house sleeps seven people and has four bedrooms, including one room with a hanging chair.
It sits on five acres of private land and has a six person hot tub on the deck.
Is this what heaven looks like?
I cannot stop staring.
The swing alone is enough reason to book.

Villa Amalfi, Tulum, Mexico
Ok so we’re finally moving away from the USA. This Airbnb is located in Tulum, Mexico and can sleep 10 people.
There’s a pool, jacuzzi, swing, BBQ area and boujie interiors – basically it’s perfect.
This is like something in Too Hot To Handle.
Hot dogs and margaritas anyone?
The perfect hideaway.
A great kitchen for someone who can actually cook.

Mariner Boathouse, Serbia
Just picture the boat parties you could have here. This Airbnb sits on the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers in Serbia and can sleep up to 10 people.

Maison Lafleur, France
Of course a French country house ended up on the list. This Airbnb sleeps eight people and dates back to the 18th century.
There’s a pool, modern interiors and a trampoline.
Emily in Paris will be checking in soon.
Dead.
Trés chic.

Hermosa Cabin, Mexico
Another Mexico Airbnb for the list, but this time it is based in the forest. It can sleep up to four people and it has floor to ceiling windows.
The property has a garden and you’re allowed to bring pets.
Those windows though.
I could easily spend a lazy weekend here.

Historic Guesthouse and Gardens, Georgia, USA
The final most liked Airbnb from last year is this property in Georgia, USA. The house used to be the home of two former governors but now is available for holidays.
It sleeps three people, has a pool, jacuzzi and a greenhouse. It just has that quintessential American vibe.
Straight out of Gossip Girl.
Now this is wholesome.
This is gorgeous, don’t think I’ll ever recover.
