There will be eight, 45-minute episodes of the show to truly fuel our love for expensive houses and drama.

Selling Tampa on Netflix will follow Allure Realty in Florida

The new Selling Sunset spin-off is set in the wealthy Florida Suncoast area, which is basically filled to bursting with luxury beachy homes. The series features an all-Black and all-female real estate company called Allure Reality, and is from the creators of Selling Sunset.

The Netflix synopsis reads: “Along the Florida coast, Allure Realty stands out among the crowd. Owned by military vet Sharelle Rosado, this all Black, all female real estate firm has its eyes set on dominating the Suncoast. These ladies are equally as fun as they are fiercely ambitious, with all of them vying to be on top of the lavish world of luxury waterfront real estate. Sharelle has big plans for her brokerage and won’t let anyone or anything get in the way of making her dreams a reality.”

Allure is owned by 33-year-old Sharelle Rosado, who is a retired army paratrooper OEF veteran. She was deployed to Afghanistan twice before retiring on medical grounds after serving for 13 years. Then, Sharelle found her passion for real estate. On Allure’s website it adds that Sharelle has five years experience as a real estate agent and broker in the Tampa Bay Area.

The company was formed in 2019, and has its main offices in Ybor City. Despite only being around for a couple of years, Allure Realty has already received awards and recognition — it was even nominated for the “Best Real Estate Company” honour in 2021. The company Instagram page boasts some pretty impressive looking listings, which to be honest, I cannot wait to see more of.

As well as Sharelle Rosado, some of the names who are going to soon become as much of a staple in your life as Christine Quinn and Chrishell Stause are: Alexis Williams, Anne-Sophie Petit-Frere, Colony Reeves, Juawana Colbert-Williams, Karla Giogrio, Rena Frazier and Tennille Moore.
