Introducing AJ, the bombshell who wants to bring a ‘bit of spice’ to Love Island

It seems like nearly every day there’s a new bombshell entering the Love Island villa. The show is on its third week and we’ve already been introduced to Chloe, Liam, Chuggs, Rachel, Lucinda and Millie. And last night saw the arrival of the latest Love Island bombshell – AJ Bunker.

AJ made her appearance in the latter half of last night’s show after the boys won the hen and stag do challenge. Naturally she entered the villa looking incredible and captured all the attention of the boys, whilst the girls looked on in anticipation from the balcony.

AJ has signed up for Love Island after admitting she has the worst luck with guys and she’s already set her sights on three boys.

AJ is 28 years old and is from Hertfordshire

AJ is the latest bombshell to enter the Love Island villa and is 28 years old which currently makes her the oldest contestant in the villa. Her name is actually Andrea-Jane but she tells everyone to call her AJ. She works as a hair extension technician in Hertfordshire.

She currently has over 7,000 followers on Instagram

AJ’s Instagram currently has just over 7,000 followers and is full of fire pictures of her on nights out and travelling the world. In recent years she’s been to the Philippines, Panama, Morocco, Zanzibar, Mexico and Spain.

AJ wants a guy who is into travel

As we’ve seen from her Instagram AJ is big into travel so it makes complete sense she wants a guy to share her passion.

She said: “I’m a big adventure and travel lover. A guy who is adventurous and spontaneous is an instant turn on for me because my ideal guy will be someone I can go on adventures with and make memories with.”

AJ is also looking for a guy with great morals and a sense of humour.

She’s got her eyes on Teddy

When asked which of the Love Island boys she had an interest in AJ said she wanted to get to know Teddy, Aaron and Hugo. Well we do know Teddy likes to travel 👀.

AJ said: “There is something about Teddy. He’s a bit of me. In terms of being adventurous and spontaneous, I think we’d get on really well. Hugo and Aaron, there is something about them so I want to get to know them a bit more.”

AJ is a girls girl

Even though she’s got her eyes on Teddy, AJ said she would still approach Faye first before making any moves. She said: “I’m a respectful person in terms of morals. I’ll definitely approach her and have a conversation beforehand. But I wouldn’t hold back. I feel like we all have a right to get to know the guys in there.”

And she’s looking to make friends as well, she said she thinks she’ll get on with Liberty and Kaz. AJ also mentioned she wanted the girls to know their worth.

She said: “I think I’m going to bring a bit of spice, I definitely am fiery. The girls need to know their worth and what standards they should be setting. I’m just going to go in there and be like, ‘Girls, you’re beautiful, you’re smart, know your worth!’ Self love is massive for me. Girl power!”
