Food influencers are easily the best people to follow on Instagram and TikTok. They’re usually not problematic and all they do is show you how to make delicious recipes and because of this, they’re ranking up the followers.

Thanks to their high follower counts a number of foodie influencers and chefs can earn thousands from sponsored posts.

Tap Warehouse have calculated which food influencers can make the most from sponsored posts and some of them are potentially getting millions. As in the top earner could potentially get nearly £3million in one year from adverts.

They combined the total followings from Instagram, TikTok and YouTube of the food influencers with the most UK followers and used this to estimate their potential earnings.

These are the celebrity chefs and food influencers who can earn the most on social media posts:

15. The Fitness Chef aka Graeme Tomlinson

Combined followers: 935,100

Estimated annual earnings: £158,898

Kicking off the top 15 chef is Graeme Tomlinson aka The Fitness Chef. Unlike the rest of the chefs on this list, Graeme doesn’t actually cook that much, instead he uses his platform to raise awareness of the diet industry.

His pages features myth busting and smashing perceptions of what we think is “healthy”. Clearly his hard work is paying off as he can potentially earn over £150k each year through sponsored posts.

14. Massimo Bottura

Combined followers: 1,500,000

Estimated annual earnings: £165,196

Massimo Bottura is an Italian chef who mainly uses Instagram as his social media platform of choice. But that doesn’t stop him from being able to earn an estimated £165k per year from sponsored posts.

During the first lockdown he used his Instagram to teach people how to make pizza, pasta and gelato.

13. Recipe Tin Eats aka Nagi Maehashi

Combined followers: 1,000,000

Estimated annual earnings: £166,408

Next up is Nagi Maehashi aka Recipe Tin Eats who has profiles on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Amongst her millions of followers is none other than Hailey Bieber.

Her profiles all feature easy to follow video recipes from pancakes to ramen noodles.

Estimated annual earnings: £175,816

Naturally Jo is run by Jose who is a 19-year-old vegan. He’s 19 and already can earn an estimated £175k from his social media accounts. I really need to learn how to cook.

On his accounts Jose creates extremely aesthetic desserts, like beyond aesthetic, they look like works of art.

11. Pick Up Limes

Combined followers: 3,400,000

Estimated annual earnings: £175,813

Sadia Badiei is the woman behind the fun named Instagram account Pick Up Limes. She has around 3 million subscribers on YouTube and over 750,000 followers on Instagram.

On her profiles she shares a lot of delicious looking plant based food and can earn over £175,000 a year in sponsored posts.

10. Radhi Devlukia-Shetty

Combined followers: 3,100,000

Estimated annual earnings: £180,517

Starting off the top 10 is another plant based food influencer who regularly shares vegan recipes like cheesecake and Moroccan-spiced cauliflower.

Radhi has over 1 million followers on Instagram alone and not only posts about food but skincare as well.

9. Yotam Ottolenghi

Combined followers: 1,600,000

Estimated annual earnings: £182,072

If you’ve ever tried to make a Ottolenghi recipe you will know just how difficult they are to make. Ottolenghi runs his own restaurants, released numerous cookbooks and appeared in a lot of Masterchef episodes.

He’s only got an Instagram account and yet can make an estimated £182k from sponsored posts.

8. Gino D’Acampo

Combined followers: 1,900,000

Estimated annual earnings: £200,778

Everyone’s favourite Italian chef Gino has accounts on all three platforms but easily his most fun is his TikTok account which doesn’t usually feature that much cooking but it’s still worth a follow purely for the classic Gino moments.

Thanks to his impressive following of nearly 2 million people Gino can earn an estimated £200k with sponsored posts.

7. Deliciously Ella

Combined followers: 2,290,000

Estimated annual earnings: £233,092

Deliciously Ella was started when Ella Mills left uni and has now transformed into massive business with cafes, snack products and an app.

The majority of her followers come from Instagram where she regularly shares videos of her plant based recipes.

The true queen of the nation Nigella Lawson can earn nearly £300k if she shared sponsored posts by promoting products to her 2.7 million followers.

However on her Instagram she mainly just shares her recipes and food recommendations.

Estimated annual earnings: £451,964

Fit Waffle Kitchen’s biggest following comes from TikTok where she has over 2 million followers and regularly posts videos of her sweet recipes.

She’s there nearly everyday posting the latest brownie, cupcake or cheesecake she’s made. And thanks to her impressive following she can earn an estimated £450k per year from sponsored posts.

4. Epic Cakes aka Yolanda Gampp

Combined followers: 6,800,000

Estimated annual earnings: £469,665

Yolanda Gampp’s Instagram account is all about cakes that don’t look like cakes. We’re talking a fried chicken burger and wellie boots made out of cake.

Her near 7 million followers means she can earn just under £500,000 for sponsored posts.

Mark Weins’ biggest following is on YouTube where he has over 7 million subscribers. His videos mainly feature him travelling and trying different foods around the world.

This insane following means he could earn over £650k for sponsored posts in just one year.

Gordon’s TikTok went big during lockdown when he savagely roasted people’s cooking skills. It seems to have paid off as he can earn nearly an estimated £3million in sponsored posts.
