Phillies Karen offered $5k to return ball to child she snatched it from – under one condition

It’s time for her to make things right!

The so-called Phillies Karen might have the chance to redeem herself after her baseball match shame – but it’s under one strict condition.

On Saturday night, a woman went viral after snatching a home run ball from a child in the crowd of a game. Phillies outfielder Harrison Bader hit the home run against the Miami Marlins, at LoanDepot Park. As the ball approached, Drew Feltwell ran to retrieve it and gave it to his son.

Then, the “Phillies Karen” ran over and demanded the baseball belonged to her. After the clip went massive, she was dubbed the “Phillies Karen” because of her reaction.

Now, she has a very interesting offer on the table. Blowout Cards, a trading card company, posted on Twitter to say it will offer her a huge $5k to hand over the ball, so it can be returned to the young boy. The only catch? She has to write “I’m sorry” across it first.

On its website, the brand said: “We want that ball signed and inscribed by her — and only her, whoever she is — “I’m sorry” so we can simply give it back to the kid. Our offer is official and the offer is firm.”

Since the incident, Drew has revealed exactly what the woman said to him in what he called a “vulgar” rant. “I can’t even repeat that on air. She was very vulgar,” he said. “Screaming right in my ear that, you know, lots of bad words and, ‘That’s my ball.’ That was her section and trying to tell me she had the right to that ball. The screaming and yelling kinda got to us and I just wanted her to go away. So, that’s how she got the ball.”

She has since been falsely identified a number of times, and it was wrongly reported she’d been banned from future games. Whoever you are Phillies Karen, it’s time to make things right!
