Disneyland influencer claims viral Peter Pan girl ‘knows’ actor in surprising twist

The whole Peter Pan girl at Disneyland saga has taken over my timeline in the past week, but now things have taken a surprising twist as fellow Disney influencers come to her defence.

27-year-old Disneyland content creator Toni, who goes by @babytoni99, has been the topic of a lot of social media conversation over the past couple of weeks. Videos of her at Disney, meeting the actor who played Peter Pan, have gone viral.

Toni has been regularly visiting Peter Pan actors at Disney for the past decade – since she was 17. Many people have labelled the hobby as excessive and “creepy” accusing her of stalking the actors, although there is no proof to support that.

Now, another Disney content creator is defending her. Matt, @DisneyScoopsGuy on socials, has called out the viral backlash as “bullying”.

“People are straight up bullying her over a harmless character interaction,” he said in a reply to a tweet about the situation.

When another person on X denied the content was harmless, he doubled down on his defence of Toni and even alluded to her being friends with the Peter Pan actors.

“You watched a bunch of TikTok videos and think you’re an expert on her, but you have no idea what you’re talking about,” he said. “If you think she’s not friends with these actors after ten years of meeting them, you need to touch grass.”

Throughout the whole viral drama, there have been loads of rumours about the extent of Toni’s fan behaviour, including claims that she was banned from all Disney parks, but Matt has claimed none of this is true.

“People are just lying for clicks. People are saying she’s banned, he’s fired, she’s spent $2 million at the parks, she put a tracker in his stuffed animal, and none of it is true,” he said in another tweet reply.

Toni is still making Disney content on both her Instagram and TikTok, despite the wave of backlash.
