Almost certainly.
According to social worker Janet Leach, who was present during police interviews, Fred confessed to killing “up to 30 people” and joked about needing to number the graves. He also drew maps of other burial sites, many of which were never located or searched.
In a 2018 interview, the couple’s daughter, Mae West, told People magazine she believed her parents had “many more victims” and said, “They do say they never stopped.”
