We’re getting to the final of MAFS Australia 2025, and one couple everyone is desperate to know are still together or not is Carina and Paul. Heading into final vows, things weren’t exactly looking good for them.

Prior to the vows, the couple took part in final test week. Well, Paul took part. During the test, participants were given the chance to go on a date with someone else the experts thought they were compatible with. Paul jumped at the chance, and went on his date with back-up bride, Hannah.

Of course, when he returned home to Carina, this didn’t go down well. She called it a betrayal and the same as cheating, and chucked Paul out. This was on top of the previous scandal the couple had, when Paul punched a hole in their wall after finding out Carina had previously slept with a rapper.

In short, no, they are no longer together. Paul wanted to continue the relationship with Carina beyond final vows, but she dumped him. She said after everything, there was a lack of trust between them.

Following the break-up, Paul told 9Entertainment: “I wasn’t blindsided at final vows because I was semi-anticipating Carina to say no. The reality was she was hurt, questioning my sincerity and the whole relationship. I was heartbroken, I was sad. It was the end of a journey. My wife and the person who I had really strong feelings for didn’t want to continue this relationship.”

When the show ended in Australia, Paul said goodbye to their time together. He posted on Instagram: “Sometimes things don’t go the way you hope, but that doesn’t take away from the beauty of the journey. Carina, I want to say how much I respect your decision and how grateful I am for the time we shared. I know I made mistakes, and I’m truly sorry for the hurt I caused.

“Despite everything, you showed grace, kindness, and strength, and I’ll always hold deep respect for you. You’ll forever be someone important to me, and I’ll always cherish the memories we made. Wishing you nothing but love and happiness on your journey ahead.”

Carina has since been spotted hanging out with rappers and billionaires, so I think she’s doing just fine.
