BREAKING: Notts Trent says its campus will be open in September

They have said the quality of teaching will not impacted.

Nottingham Trent University have just released a statement detailing that “all [their] campuses [will] be open for Autumn term 2020”. However, they will still be utilising “online learning alongside on-campus, in-class teaching”.

This may not come as a shock for most after The Tab Cambridge broke the story yesterday that the University of Cambridge would be only doing teaching online for the whole of 2020-21 academic year. University of Manchester have also announced similar plans.

Although this might be a blow for some students, NTU have assured their students they can still “expect the same high-quality teaching and support”.

The university have even considered the impact this will have on their students social life and are working with the Student’s Union to safely rethink this important aspect of university life.
