UEA launches two new undergraduate scholarships for 2021-2022

One is for black British students with a household income of less than £25, 000 per year


UEA has launched two new undergraduate scholarships for 2021-2022: The Cowrie Foundation Scholarship for black British students and the Judith Robinson Scholarship in Drama.

In their announcement on Twitter, UEA thanked its “wonderful donors” for enabling the launch of the “brand new” scholarships.

On the UEA website, more information about applying for the scholarships can be found. The Cowrie Foundation Scholarship offers “full home tuition fees and a contribution to maintenance costs” to students who “identify as Black British” and have a household income of “less than £25,000 per year”. It is available for “any three year undergraduate course”.

The Judith Robinson Scholarship offers “tuition fees or a maintenance grant” to the value of “£15,000 (£5,000 per year)” to students studying “any undergraduate course in Drama” with a household income of “less than £30,000” per year.
