Yikes! A ranking of the Selling Sunset cast members with the lowest net worths
Nobody show them this
Every time Selling Sunset comes back around, we get shocked all over again by the huge net worths of the cast members – but who actually has the lowest of them all? Savage I know, but you’re here so you care, right?
Look, I’m not going to try and say these numbers are by any means low, because they’re simply not. But, some of the cast members are multi, multi millionaires in comparison.
Here’s a ranking of the cast of Selling Sunset, by who has the lowest net worths. We’ll start with the middle range of earners, and then end with who has the smallest bank balance.
Alanna Gold – $2million
Alanna Gold has an estimated net worth of approximately $2million. As well as working in real estate, she has a career in modelling and social media influencing. She began her real estate career in 2021, working with Westside Estate Agency, before she joined The Oppenheim Group in 2023.
During the show, Alanna claimed to own a wild west style town called Pioneertown, however since then the *real* owners of the town have said that’s completely untrue, and have demanded she apologise for her claims. Ouch.
Amanza Smith – $1million (£750k)
Since joining Selling Sunset, Amanza has a net worth of $1million. She used to work in interior design, and specialises in home staging. She’s also worked as a model, with one job including being a briefcase model on Deal or No Deal.
Davina Potratz – $1million (£750k)
Davina was on the show from season one, but then ahead of Selling Sunset season four, it was revealed she had left The Oppenheim Group. She then came begging for her job back after joining a rival brokerage, and Jason allowed her back. She’s now quit the show, again. From her work over the years, she’s earned a $1million net worth. It would be a lot more if she sold that $75million listing, mind you!
Maya Vander – $1million (£750k)
Maya has made most of her money through real estate. She worked for The Oppenheim Group in LA for several years, before moving to another brokerage and leaving the show.
Romain Bonnet – $500k (£375k)
Romain’s main career is as a model, and he first moved to LA working as a pastry chef. He works in construction now, and joined The Oppenheim Group as a project manager for many of the listings. He’s reportedly worth $500k.
Chelsea Lazkani – $500k (£375k)
Chelsea has an estimated net worth of around $500k. When she joined Selling Sunset, she already had five years of experience in real estate, and previously had a much more corporate job, working as a business strategist and solar analyst with companies in the oil and gas industry.
According to her LinkedIn, Chelsea joined The Oppenheim Group in July 2021 after working for her previous brokerage for just under three years.
