Here’s how to find all the TikTok videos you’ve watched, so you never lose a video again

There is nothing worse than accidentally refreshing when you’re on a good vid

Of every single frustrating thing in the world, there is quite literally nothing worse than watching a good TikTok video, going to save it, and accidentally refreshing the app, thus losing the video to the algorithm forever. “Goodbye sweet prince” you think through your sobs. “I hope you end up on my mate’s FYP and they get some sort of sign from the universe to send you back to me.” But now you don’t need to fear this any more, because there’s a way to find TikTok videos you’ve watched and lost – and how to do it is so easy.

Here’s how to find all those TikTok videos you’ve watched and then lost:

1. Go to the Discover page

2. Type and asterisk (*) in the search bar and click search

3. Click the filter button (two lines with circles) on the right hand side

4. Swipe the “Watched videos” button so the button goes green, and click “apply”

This will show you all the videos you’ve watched in the past seven days, however they may not be in the order you watched them in.

If you’re looking for a specific video and can remember anything about its captions, try searching for one or two of these specific words (instead of searching the *), and click on the “Watched videos” button. This will show you all the videos you’ve watched in the past seven days with this word in the text, and may be easier to scroll through when you’re trying to find the exact video you need.
