Inside the £17million London mega mansion where The Apprentice 2022 cast lived

It’s on a road dubbed ‘Billionaires’ Row’ because of how many celebs and rich people live there

Every year candidates who take part in The Apprentice all move in together in a luxury house in London, and the 2022 candidates definitely didn’t draw the short straw – ending up in what is the fanciest and most expensive house that’s ever been used for the show.

The 16 candidates really got the taste of the highlife and what it could be like to be a millionaire business tycoon, living in a £17million London house with eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a spa, steam room and swimming pool. The mansion is called Huxley House and is located on The Bishops Avenue in Hampstead, North London, which is dubbed Billionaires’ Row.

Billionaires’ Row is home to 66 mansions worth a combined total of £620million. Residents there include the Saudi royal family, the Sultan of Brunei and Justin Bieber even lived there once.

The Apprentice 2022 house is up for sale right now if you have a spare £17million in the bank, and it’s been estimated it cost the BBC £100k a month to rent the house for the candidates to stay in it whilst filming for the show took place. Scroll through some of the listing pictures here, and try not to weep:

The house spans over four floors and has its own lift to help you get around. It also boasts a gym, entertainment suite, jacuzzi, games room, cinema room and pool table, naturally. The more than impressive listing was featured on Channel 4’s Britain’s Most Expensive Homes.

Seven of its bedrooms come with an ensuite, and it also has five reception rooms. The listing on the James Edition Real Estate website says: “Huxley House is an imposing double-fronted home. A unique architectural style inspired by mansions of the Eighteenth and Nineteenth Centuries and a commensurate size and scale; while internally the house represents the epitome of modern living, including extensive spa and entertainment suites alongside more traditional luxury features.

“With approximate gross internal areas in excess of 14,530 sq. ft (13,500 sq. m) and spanning over four floors, all accessed by an internal lift, Huxley House is generously proportioned, with a grandeur which befits their imposing, elegant and classic façades. But while the scale of the two floor galleried entrance halls, five reception rooms and seven en suite bedrooms, is typical of the grand houses of the Victorian period. These homes benefit from substantial additional facilities including a cinema, club room, fitness suite, pool, and car lift.”

The website continues: “The interior architects have skilfully optimised natural light to create bright, fresh rooms which connect seamlessly with the landscaped grounds. The double aspect drawing room, the family room and breakfast room each have glazed French doors which lead onto the stone patio and gardens beyond; while the master bedroom suite benefits from a balcony approximately 22 ft (7m) in length, again offering further views of the exquisite, landscaped exterior.”
