This is how old all the candidates of this year’s The Apprentice are
They’re being compared to Love Island contestants because they’re so young and fun
The Apprentice is finally back after well over two years since the last series in 2019. And already the 2022 cast is being compared to Love Island contestants because they actually have fun in their spare time, post bikini pictures on Instagram and their ages are some of the youngest The Apprentice has ever seen.
So ahead of seeing them all get down to business in the boardroom and inevitably make fools of themselves in public on the tasks – here are all the ages of the candidates taking part in The Apprentice 2022.
Aaron Willis
Age: 38
Aaron is 38 and from Chorley. He served in the RAF for 12 years as a flight operations instructor and wants to start his own security business.
Akshay Thakrar
Age: 28
28-year-old Akshay is from London. He owns a digital marketing agency and says sleep is a “waste of time” and his first word as a baby was “profit”. “My friends call me AK47 because I’m a killer salesperson”, he says. Cool.

29-year-old Akeem is a strategy manager for a financial firm in London. He says he is both a people person and a numbers guy.

28-year-old Conor is from London and is a sales executive and former professional rugby player. He says: “I’m going to be the corporate panther in the boardroom, I’m going to get it done, and I’m going to be Lord Sugar’s perfect business partner.” His business idea is based around quirky food and drink stalls hireable for events.
Francesca Kennedy Wallbank
Age: 26
Francesca is another of the younger contestants this year, aged 26. The maths graduate is from Surrey and owns a sustainability company. Her business idea provides a product carbon footprint service for businesses.

Age: 27
Navid, aged 27, is from London and is a pharmacist. He is “quirky and unique” and a Nicki Minaj superfan. I think that’s all we need to know. Winner material right here.
