Move over Joe Exotic, there’s a new exotic animal owner in town, and her name is Sandra Hannah.

Sandra is the owner of an African Grey parrot called “Chanel Chanellington”, who has recently become viral for a video in which she searches for her parrot and, quite frankly, it’s a total fucking shitshow. Whether it’s the power tools screaming in the background, the choir of children doing the same, or purple-haired, orange tanned Scouse lady pissing her neighbours off by crooning “me parrot’s gone!” and “she’s flown towards the canal!”, this video proves a lot to unpack.

I’m sure parrots cannot discriminate whose guardianship they end up under, but it’s always a bit odd to see exotic animals crop up in places like Netherton, but there you go. From what we understand, Chanel the African Grey parrot decided to stretch her wings and go for a bit of a wander, much to the upset of Sandra.
