Expertise

I love literature and have a passion for popular culture. I am especially interested in the ways in which they interact and intersect.

  • I love getting involved in my university community. I am a Subject Ambassador and currently taking part in a literacy support project for people with dementia.
  • At the end of sixth form I was awarded the Noelle Cufflin English cup for my studies in English.
  • I write my own poetry and enter into competitions. I hope to one day be a published writer.

Experience

My course doesn’t just involve essays, but also creative pieces, press releases and practical work. Being a writer for The Tab offers new challenges and experiences for my creative writing.

Education

I am in my second year of studying English at the University of Nottingham. I studied English Literature, Language and Drama at Northampton School for Girls.
