Lily Phillips’ feral public stunt starts odd trend, and you might be her co-star without realising
Great, now I’m an OnlyFans star and I’m not even getting paid for it
One of Lily Phillips’ viral public videos has sparked a gross trend amongst x-rated models, and whether you like it or not, you could find yourself in corn videos flooding the internet.
At the onset of 2025, Lily Phillips shared her intention to fill up an entire glass jar with white shampoo. It’s yet to be seen whether she actually completed the challenge, or whether the manky jar is just sitting next to the sundried tomatoes in her pantry. At the same time, she took to the streets of London with that same fluid all over her face – it’s grossly become known as a c*m walk.
“I’m going to do the first ever c*m walk, do you think anybody will say anything? Do you think they’ll want to be next?” she said at the time, recording herself walking down the street. “I don’t think anyone will notice, it kind of looks a bit like a facemask.”

Lily has done this numerous times since, with each video racking up millions of likes and even more views. Unfortunately, it’s not even an isolated incident from someone desperate for the limelight; in fact, it’s become a huge trend amongst her peers.
S*x and relationship writer Dan Savage shed light on the trend in his podcast, Savage Lovecast, revealing a “whole genre of p*rn videos of ‘c*m walks'” on sites like Orange YouTube. Even on Twitter, which we know is ground zero for OnlyFans marketing, there are numerous accounts dedicated to the x-rated walks in public.
@lilyphillipsextra my Sundays are reserved for liquid walks 😉
Experts have spoken out about Lily Phillips’ public trend
Speaking to Metro, s*x expert Annabelle Knight argued that c*m walks could have been born from a “staple” in the corn industry: Facials.

“Facials have been a staple in p*rn for decades, however, the idea of someone deliberately walking around after s*x with semen visible on their face is far newer,” she said.
“There isn’t a a clear moment when the term entered the sexual vocabulary, but it seems to have gained traction more recently with the rise of amateur content platforms like OnlyFans, where bold and attention-grabbing stunts are part of the culture.”

But with the rise of the new trend comes issues of consent, after all, the people walking past the likes of Lily Phillips are not expecting to make it into public corn content.
Love Honey’s Annabelle added: “The key issue is that sex and anything overtly sexual should always involve consent from everyone subjected to it. It’s one thing to enjoy roleplay or exhibitionism in private, but when it moves into public spaces, there’s a responsibility to think about others, so it does raise important questions about exposing others to sexual content without their agreement.”
