Uh, OnlyFans’s Lily Phillips detailed the exact costs of all her cosmetic surgery

Another day, another TMI video from Lily Phillips. The OnlyFans content creator has now run down all the cosmetic surgery she’s had done, plus what she paid for it. Well, she’s definitely learned how to make the most of her appearance.

She spent her very first OnlyFans paycheck on a labiaplasty

Back when Lily Phillips was a University of Sheffield student and in need of some extra cash, she joined OnlyFans. She made an amazing £14,000 in the first month. What did she spend her newfound riches on? Plastic surgery on her labia.

Lily revealed the Shizzo podcast, “The first big thing I spent it on was a labiaplasty.  So, I got surgery on my labia. Trimming off the extra meat. I really need it. It was desperado. I had one side that was like” – she slanted her arms – “somewhere else”.

She spent £5,000 on the surgery at a Harley Street clinic in London. She added, “F*ck going to Turkey.”

She has a chin implant to change her profile

Lily wasn’t a fan of her original profile. She used to get filler in her chin, but wanted something more permanent. She paid a Harley Street doctor £14,000 to insert a chin implant and reshape the area with liposuction.

The podcast host on the Shizzo Show questioned why Lily Phillips decided to get liposuction when she’s a size eight. She explained, “Liposuction is more for sculpting. It’s not for losing weight.” She joked that she regrets not having the fat transferred “to the back door”.

She explained on YouTube: “I basically wanted more of an ab etching look, just a really defined belly.”

She also went into extreme detail about the actual surgery. “This one had drains. It was kind of weird. Like, I woke up and there were these tubes kind of hanging out of me. Literally, the scars are right on my pubic area.”

In 2024, she got laser scar removal surgery on her pubic area

Lily Phillips also revealed in a TikTok video that she’s had laser surgery on her pubic area, ready for when she attempts to break the work record of sleeping with 1,000 men in one day.

She said, “Today I’m actually going to have my skin lasered off. I’m getting laser scar removal. Basically, I had liposuction, and they put the scars on my pubic area. And as much as that would be great for the average Joe, I am naked, like, 90 per cent of the time.”

The OnlyFans creator stressed the important of that area looking “pristine” for the cameras. She described the surgery as “a bit pinchy and a bit hot”.

She’s also had laser hair removal on this area so she doesn’t have to shave or wax so much.

Lily Phillips invested £14,000 into this, erm, asset. The fat was transferred from her arms and legs. “I just said, ‘Put it all in the back of my butt.’ I wanted to make it look as natural as possible, and like I just got the bum from the gym,” she shared on YouTube.

She throughly enjoyed the recovery period from this. Lily took a month off her work. “I was eating so much food. I was just watching so many TV shows. It was so much fun for me.”

Lily has also contemplated making her ankles thinner and her toes shorter, which I wasn’t even aware was scientifically possible.
