MAFS Australia’s Morena looks totally unrecognisable in recent pics of her wild DJ career
She ditched the blonde hair for bright red braids
Morena might be the oldest person on MAFS Australia this year, but pictures of her DJ career prove she’s truly young at heart.
Yes, the 57-year-old is a DJ for a living, doing weddings and private events across Melbourne, and she posts all about it on Instagram.
In a series of snaps from December, Morena looks totally unrecognisable as she ditched her long blonde hair for bright red braids.
The MAFS bride only changed her hair temporarily for a Christmas DJ event, pairing it with a red flower top and white skirt, but she loved the new look.
“I went to the gym this morning and quite a few people said, ‘What’s with the hair?’ Um, what’s with the questions? What’s the big deal? It’s hair!’ she said in a video on Instagram.
“Anyway, if I have to explain, I guess I will. I’m doing an absolutely special gig on Sunday and it’s for special kids. So what do you do when you’re confronted with special kids? I’ll tell you what you do.”
“You’ve gotta bring joy, you’ve gotta bring love and laughter, you’ve got to bring colour, and you’ve got to realise that not everyone has what you have. So bring a bit of joy with a pure heart.”
It’s not the first time she’s dressed up for a DJ gig either. There are loads of pictures of Morena in glitzy outfits, fishnet tights and bright pink boots, and it looks like she’s always having fun.
“My mood, Happy, Unbothered, Healthy, Focused, Growing, Abundant, Positive Vibes, Flourishing, Reclaiming and Glowing,” she wrote in one Instagram caption.

“Thank you to my family and friends, love you dearly. Eternally thankful, grateful and blessed for my health, strength and courage to be able to do what I do.”
The MAFS bride definitely needs someone who can match her energy and sadly, I don’t think that person is ever going to be Tony.
