A new Selling Sunset spin-off is coming and this is everything we know so far

Lydia VennA Selling Sunset spin-off series has officially been confirmed by Netflix and the new series will star everyone’s favourite real estate agent Jason Oppenheim.
Jason announced the exciting news on Instagram yesterday saying this spin-off will be called “Selling the OC” and will be about the Orange County Oppenheim office.
He said: “I am so excited for our new show, ‘Selling the OC,’ about my Newport Beach office and its amazing agents! Thank you @netflix @lionsgatetv @adamdivello @skylerwakil for believing in me and what we have all created together with Selling Sunset.”

It was previously announced Netflix would be creating another Selling Sunset spin-off based in Florida featuring an all black female cast.
Selling the OC is expected to air next year and this is everything we know about it so far:
The show is about the Orange County office
Last year Jason announced the Oppenheim Group would be expanding to create an Orange County division of the business based in Newport.
The current properties for sale in their Newport division are just as boujee as those in Selling Sunset. They range from $1million to nearly $16million – so tough competition for the agents trying to sell those.
Jason will star in the series
One person we know from the original Selling Sunset cast who will definitely feature in the series is Jason Oppenheim.
The cast will also feature the agents from the Oppenheim Group office in Newport. According to the Oppenheim Group website there are over 20 agents working at the office so plenty of people to choose from to sell some mega houses and cause drama.
Current Selling Sunset cast member Heather was originally believed to be joining the series as she is part of the Newport office but this is yet to be confirmed.
It’s also unclear if Jason’s girlfriend and fellow Selling Sunset cast member Chrishell Stause will be joining, but Netflix if you’re reading this – give the people what they want.
