We've all had messy break ups in the past, but nothing matches to the Twitter beef YouTubers FaZe Banks and Alissa Violet have been having. The couple dated for two years and seemed to have an amicable break up six months ago. Turns out it was much more toxic than anyone thought.

FaZe Banks is a vlogger and YouTuber with 5.4 million subscribers. Alissa Violet is a model with 3.8 million subscribers on YouTube.

It all started when Alissa quote-tweeted a tweet a few days ago. It read: "How did you find out you were being cheated on?"

She replied: "i was asleep upstairs with our dogs and he wasn’t next to me so i checked our guest house and caught him naked in bed with a random girl." And obviously everyone realised she was talking about her ex FaZe Banks.

And then it all went off. 10,000 retweets and nearly 150,000 likes later, the Twitter beef between the ex-couple began.

In response, FaZe tweeted "I love you", to which Alissa leaked a screenshot of a messages she's been receiving from him. In the screenshot, it can be seen that she messaged him saying: "Did you 'love me' when you were hooking up with a random whore in our home?"

She continued: "Did you 'love me' when you snap chatted that girl in Vegan to come fuck you when I was at dinner with you?"

He then wrote: "Did wtf is this, I always kept my promises."

To which she responded: "Did you 'love me' when I was in Orlando for my cousin's wedding and you hooked up with a girl in our bed?"

She then carried the conversation over to Twitter and accused him of texting and sleeping with other girls, neglecting their dogs and breaking eight of her phones.

FaZe then replied with a note he wrote in his iPhone. He said: "Alissa and I had been having issues and I did something really stupid and hurtful. There's additional context and it's not as simple as who's right and who's wrong."

He continued: "We had issues and couldn't fix them. We were miserable together for a while and couldn't ever let each other go. I think I speak for both of us when I say the love was and always will be a very REAL thing. Which is why I refuse to let out very intimate, private relationship become a spectacle online. It's heartbreaking. Social media really isn't the place."

He then finished the note off, saying: "I won't ever say a bad word about her, so sorry for everyone who wanted another sip of tea. You won't find that here. I'm sorry, I love you all."

Alissa Violet also used to date YouTuber Jake Paul before getting together with FaZe Banks.
