Ranked: These are officially the most followed Love Islanders of all time

It’s been said a million times over: Love Island these days is a door to becoming an influencer. We’re all guilty of feeding into it, and following all the Islanders we love the most. So, should we be surprised that ex Love Island cast members are some of the most followed reality TV stars and influencers there are right now?

But who is the most followed and, by default then, the most popular Islander of all time? Here is a ranking of the past Love Island cast members, by who is the most followed on Instagram.

10. Millie Court – 1.9million

Just making it onto this list is last year’s winner, Millie Court. She’s already doing ridiculously well after winning the show, with huge deals with ASOS and 1.9million Instagram followers.

9. Olivia Attwood – 1.9million

Equalling Millie’s follower count is 2017 contestant, Olivia Attwood. Since the show, she has got engaged to footballer, Bradley Dack.

8. Chris Hughes – 2.2million

Up next is 2017 finalist, Chris Hughes. Since leaving the villa, Chris has gone into TV presenting work, and has 2.2million Instagram followers.

7. Kem Cetinay – 2.5million

It’s usually the women of Love Island who leave the villa and gain loads of Instagram followers, but out of the 2017 winning couple, Kem has by far the most followers. He has 2.5million and Amber Davies, who he won the show with, has 1.4million.

6. Amber Gill – 2.6million

Season five was clearly a very popular season, with most of the top followed Love Island contestants being part of that cohort. In sixth is Amber Gill, currently followed by 2.6million people.

5. Olivia Bowen – 3million

Olivia is by far the most followed contestant from season two of the show, with a huge three million Instagram followers. To be fair, who doesn’t want to keep up with the life of the Bowens?

4. Maura Higgins – 3.5million

Up next and just outside the top three is Maura Higgins. She has 3.5million followers, and has just been voted the most iconic Islander of all time – so it’s no surprise she’s high up on this list.

3. Dani Dyer – 3.6million

2018 was an incredible year. Love Island was on top form, the weather was amazing and the World Cup was on. Take me back. Dani Dyer, who won that season of Love Island, is the third most popular Islander of all time – with 3.6million followers.

2. Tommy Fury – 4.1million

In second is 2019 finalist, Tommy Fury. The boxer has 4.1million followers, and is only second to his girlfriend, Molly-Mae.

1. Molly-Mae Hague – 6.4million

Act shocked that queen of Instagram and influencing, Molly-Mae Hague, is the most followed Love Island cast member of all time. Right now, she has 6.4million followers.
