Supercars and swimming pools: The TikTokers with the most expensive mansions

One is worth $23 million

We already knew that content creators can make shedloads of money from doing relatively little as is shown from YouTubers earning millions a year, but now it seems that even teenagers on TikTok are making equally ludicrous amounts. In our richest TikTokers article, we discovered that Addison Rae tops the list after making five million dollars last year which is… absolutely insane. So, as you can imagine, with wages like these, they’ve also got some pretty amazing houses to match.

Some of the mansions that these literal 16-year-olds live in are absolutely ridiculous – so, from the infamous Sway House to the slightly lesser-known TikTok houses, here are some of the more outrageous ones.

The Sway House – $9,000,000

The Sway House is famous for being a big rowdy group of TikTok boys who just can’t stay out of trouble. Whether it’s drug charges or repeated fines and subsequent criminal charges for their repeated parties during lockdown period, they’re always doing something stupid to get themselves in the news.

The house is made up of six creators who occupy its many rooms, and they are apparently assigned quotas that they have to hit in order to stay in the house rent-free.

However, obviously they’re the Sway House, and you can’t be in the Sway House without ruffling some feathers. Supposedly they’ve been playing loud music, receiving too many amazon parcels and leaving rubbish everywhere which has annoyed their neighbours to no end.

One of their neighbours even spoke to The Times, saying: “In the morning we hear paintball guns. I don’t think they sleep. There’s a pool outside. Whenever they’re hanging out by the pool, the sound just carries. We can hear them shouting ‘chug, chug, chug.’ I’ve heard someone throwing up at night outside.”

The house has nearly 9,000 square foot of living space and has six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, because why not? Zillow estimates the house’s value at nine million dollars.

The Hype House – $12 million

The Hype House is the OG TikTok house, previously being called home by Addison Rae, Charli D’Amelio and Dixie D’Amelio amongst various other super famous stars. Their current house, which they moved into recently, was the exact one previously occupied by YouTube stars Faze Banks, RiceGum and Alissa Violet.

Originally founded by TikTok star Daisy Keech, who went on to found Clubhouse BH, at one point The hype House was 21 members strong. Since then, she has left along with Addison Rae and the D’Amelios, leaving a much smaller group.

The property is estimated to be rented at $14,917 by Zillow, but YouTuber Houses valued it at $12 million when RiceGum lived there. The value of the house has likely increased since then.

With 12,500 square feet of space, 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, the place is absolutely huge. Plus, having been built in 2012, it features a lift and various other modern features. You can check the listing here.

Clubhouse Beverly Hills – $23,000,000

If anything is testament to the fact that these people have far too much money for what they do it’s The Clubhouse, which is currently worth $23,000,000.

The group, which consists of Daisy Keech, Abby Rao, Mariana Morais, Leslie Golden, Chase Keith, Kinsey Wolanski, Jay Laurent and Pedro Pertile, have been renting the property for $49,000 a month since Daisy moved out from The Hype House.

So what makes the house worth so much? Well, it’s 12,000 square feet, has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, and it includes various special rooms such as a library, private cinema and wine cellar.

Don’t hate them yet? They’ve also got a huge swimming pool. Also Josh Richards, who appears in the above thumbnail, earnt $1.5 million last year. Just so you know.

The Shluv House – $5,000,000+

In our most wealthy TikTokers article, we discussed Michael Le (aka @justmaiko), who is one of the founding members of the Shluv House. At $1.2 million a year, he’s raking in some serious cash, and it seems like he has the house to match.

His house tour (which has now been deleted) gave us a look at the massive house that boasts seven bathrooms and two pools. I repeat TWO POOLS – one indoor and one outdoor, just in case it’s raining but you still fancy a dip.

They haven’t released the location of the house which means we can’t see how much it is worth, but it’s in the same neighbourhood as various other TikTok houses so we can safely assume that it’s in excess of five million dollars.

The Bytehouse – £800,000+

We spoke to The Bytesquad earlier this year about the first-ever UK TikTok house, and it seems like things have been going well for them since. With 46k subscribers on YouTube and millions combined on TikTok, they’re managed by Bytesized talent which is owned by Fanbytes, so you can tell they’ve got a thing for bytes.

Although they moved in during the height of lockdown in March, everything appears to be going smoothly with them. It hasn’t been revealed exactly where the house is located, we do know that it’s somewhere in “central” London. From the above video it looks more like outer London, so let’s assume they live in one of the outer zones.

Based upon average house prices in outer London for five to six beds with a small garden, their house could be valued anything from £800,000 to £2,000,000.
