Big twists and secret rooms: All the new shocks lined-up for the Love Island All Stars cast
There’s a big twist coming as early as week two
Love Island All Stars 2025 is about to kick off, and already we’re getting a look at all the big things the show has planned for us. We’ve met the cast, and now there are just a matter of days before the show stars.
Love Island All Stars 2025 will be in the South Africa villa, with Maya Jama as host. The show stars on Monday, January 13th. The twists are big, and the drama looks promising! Here’s what we know.
Some parts of the usual show are being scrapped and one main twist is back
ITV has admitted there are a few elements from last year’s All Stars or the main show that didn’t work out, and they won’t be bringing them back. To start, Love Island bigged up a secret treehouse that was added to the villa previously. The idea was people would sneak off up there or bombshells could be waiting there, but it was never used. There will be no treehouse, I’m afraid.
As well as this, the infamous Casa Amor twist wasn’t done for All Stars last year, with the show being just five weeks instead of eight. ITV has confirmed there will be no Casa Amor in Love Island All Stars 2025.

Coming back is the part of the show where we get to choose which Islanders are matched with who, from day one. A big change to this though is that the vote is open from right now! In the first episode of the show, the Islanders will be placed into couples. This decision is down to us. You can vote on the Love Island app. Go on, I know you want to match exes, Gabby and Marcel.
There’s a big twist coming!
Even though Casa Amor isn’t going to be a thing, ITV has confirmed its biggest ever twist will be in its place. And, it’s coming as early as week two!
“We’ve got something really fun,” Love Island boss Mike Spencer told The Sun. “Probably week two.” He added: “I’ve already said too much, but week two is going to be lit.”
The new villa has secret extra rooms built for drama
The South Africa villa has had a revamp, with new features built especially to add more drama. There’s a throuple hideaway and a “naughty secret garden”.
Love Island boss Mike Spencer told The Sun couples will not be able to enter the secret garden together. “So the idea behind the secret garden is you can’t go in there in your couple, so it is a place to go sneak away. Maybe you’ll get seen, maybe you won’t,” he said. “You can absolutely come in whenever you want. You just cannot be in your couple.” So, it’s a garden built to break people up? Great stuff.
Maya Jama added: “Basically if you want to go and do something naughty you can come down here. What happens in here stays in here.. or could get shown in movie night!”
As well as this, the hideaway has been added to. There’s been the addition of… a second bed. Bosses said they’d be open to “throuple action” and are hoping for “more of a sleepover”.
“I mean, it’s not the traditional coupling-up format, but I’m sure you could entertain a third during your time here,” Mike Spencer said. “But there is a double bed, so hopefully we might see some kind of more of a sleepover in here.”
There are also more beds, and the option for people to sleep in the living room. Mike Spencer told The Sun there will be both double and single beds in order to house “extra people” throughout the show. “You’ve got a double there and you’ve got singles all the way down here,” he said.
