 Bernard O’Donoghue Poetry Reading

What? Bernard O’Donoghue was elected as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature in 1999. His most recent collection of poetry, “Farmers Cross” was awarded the Whitbread Prize for Poetry.

Jim Lockey and the Southern Sun

What? JL&tSS produce a blend of country-folk/ punk music. In the two years since their genesis, Jim Lockey and the Solemn Sun have incessantly toured the country, playing alongside Mumford & Sons, Johnny Flynn, and Pete Doherty amongst many others.

They Will Be Red

What? The latest play by one of Oxford’s premier student playwrights Milja Fenger, whose screenplay ‘The Road Home’ was Jury Winner at Palm Springs 2010, and Oscar shortlisted in 2012. Expect tragedy, science and nuanced new writing.
