Love Island 2021’s Liberty Poole is ‘secretly dating’ new man Tyler since the show

Love Island 2021 star Liberty Poole is reportedly in a new relationship and has found love after failing to in the villa last summer. She and Jake Cornish decided to leave the last series of the show, after being together since day one of the series but breaking up just before the final.

However now, Liberty is said to be on “cloud nine” and “smitten” dating a new man called Tyler. Tyler is reportedly a carpenter, who she has met since being on the show, and the pair have been on a string of dates together.

A source close to Liberty told The Sun on Sunday: “She has been seeing him for nearly a month. They’ve been on a few dates. It’s early days but they get on really well, and Liberty seems pretty smitten.” Currently, Liberty does follow a Tyler on Instagram who has a link to a carpentry account in his bio, and she has been liking all of his photos. However, she hasn’t officially commented on the news, yet.

Her Love Island ex, Jake, has also spoken about their relationship more recently, and if they have spoken since the show. “I only had one girlfriend before her, my childhood sweetheart,” he said. I’d never been dumped and it hurt. One minute we were planning a holiday together and arranging to meet each other’s families, the next it was over. We were talking, but we had to agree that we were not right for each other. When it was announced she was on Dancing On Ice I sent her a message saying, ‘Well done Lib’. She replied, ‘Thank you’ and that is the last time I spoke to her.”

Liberty took part in the latest series of Dancing On Ice on ITV, but she and her parter were the fourth pair voted out after Liberty took a fall during their performance. Liberty had been previously rumoured to be dating her dancing partner, Joe Johnson. Faye Winter, Liberty’s Love Island co-star who had been supporting her on the show, told OK! Magazine: “I don’t know, I mean I wouldn’t be against it! They’re lovely together. He’s literally the male version of her.”
