The abysmal We Are Charlie Kirk song is all over TikTok – but where did it actually come from?

The world truly descended into new levels of insanity when far right Turning Point US founder Charlie Kirk was assassinated earlier this year. It was a shocking event that created intense division, and his supporters went off the deep end and made him a martyr. Whilst it has been a few months since the event and there were a few officially released songs in Charlie’s honour at the time, there is a new kid on the block on TikTok and the entire FYP is being dominated by a new enemy. There is a pure slop song on there that’s become a huge meme, and it’s called We Are Charlie Kirk and unfortunately what started on TikTok is now topping Spotify charts. So what on earth is happening?

What even is the song?

The song is honestly one of the loudest things ever put to record. Can you say put to record actually, when it’s clearly been made by AI? Probably not. It’s just a racket. The worst bit about all this however is just that people are seemingly using it earnestly and actually liking it rather than dragging it like it deserves to be dragged.

Thankfully though the majority of the content around it are mocking it like it deserves. Because regardless of what you thought of Charlie Kirk it does not justify abysmal AI slop of horrible music. Just because someone you might have liked died in a shocking circumstance does not mean the world has to bow down to nonsense unfortunately.

You can trust and believe right now that literally any time a dramatic montage of a fight scene from a film is going on or maybe a clip from Stranger Things – some abysmal person has dubbed the We Are Charlie Kirk song at full volume over the top.

The lyrics are just so cursed.

Unfortunately I just cannot get the TikTok menace We Are Charlie Kirk song out of my head. I pray to be free from its shackles.
