This ex-Nickelodeon actor is now homeless, but a GoFundMe is helping him get a fresh start
An influencer shared a heartwarming update
Ex-Nickelodeon actor Tylor Chase was found homeless and living on the streets of LA by influencer LetHallAllli almost a month ago, and thanks to a viral video and GoFundMe donations, he’s had some much-needed help.
At the start of September, TikToker LetHallAlli shared a video joining in on the “Where did all the time go?” trend, showing Tylor Chase’s character, Martin Qwerly, on Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide, before sharing a picture of him now, where he’s sitting on the side of a road in LA.
The TikTok quickly gained almost four million views. People were shocked a childhood icon was living on the streets, seemingly with no help.

“I wonder why. This is so heartbreaking,” said one comment.
“So no one is going to help him?” said another.
She then shared an update video on September 19th, where Tylor confirmed his identity. Lots of people in the comments wanted to help get him off the streets, so LetHallAli opened a GoFundMe.
It was shut down about a week ago, after the TikToker claimed Tylor’s mum reached out to her and explained she believes Tylor has issues with managing money.
With the $1,207 raised, LetHallAli bought Tylor new clothes and shoes, and arranged a roadside makeover for him. She shared a final TikTok update with her followers.
David Curtis Lee, who played one of Ned Declassified School Survival Guide’s main characters, Cookie, commented on the TikTok.
“I love you all for getting my bro fresh!” he said. “When I’m back from Mexico, I’mma pull up.”
@lethallalli Thank you guys so much I’m so grateful to be used as a vessel to help Tylor out 🙌 #foryoupage #awareness #nedsdeclassifiedschoolsurvivalguide #fyp @12345bigLee
People have been calling on Ned’s Declassified podcast hosts Lindey Shaw and Devon Werkheiser to also speak up and share their support for their former co-star.

The two, along with David Curtis Lee, created the podcast partly because Nickelodeon wouldn’t green light a Ned’s Declassified reboot. They talk about behind the scenes antics and give commentary over old episodes.
