The Love Island 2025 cast’s first brand collabs and sponcon, ranked by overall cringiness
Harry, I don’t need to know your Nando’s order
Love Island 2025 might have finished on TV, but the cast are sticking around on our socials for the foreseeable future. I’m afraid their influencer eras are just beginning.
Some iconic Islanders seem to have big plans for their futures. Yasmin has been signed by a famous modelling agency, and Shakira is reportedly in talks for a whopping fashion deal. However, some of their cast members have already resorted to churning out sponcon for some very miscellaneous brands. Here are the Love Island 2025 cast’s first brand collabs and sponcon, ranked by cringiness.
6. Shakira and Yasmin’s collab with Marc Jacobs

This is the least cringey, because it’s so f***ing cool. They posted some seriously vibey pics from a dinner with Marc Jacobs representatives. I’ve no idea what this could lead to, but I’m excited.
5. Literally everyone and UKLASH

Erm, is this evidence The Divide lives on?

So many Islanders seems to be working with this one beauty brand. Alima, Emma, Emily, Helena, Malisha and Meg were among the many, many UK influencers involved with a UKLASH event last night.

This was surely one of the most photographed gatherings of all time. Apparently the evening involved a dance performance to Shut Up and Dance, plenty of prosecco and an appearance of the Ibiza Final Boss. Erm, sure.

There just so many layers to this photograph

Although I now have a very strong sense of everyone’s alcohol tolerances, I’m still not entirely sure which beauty project they were supposed to be launching. Erm, but they seem to have had fun?
4. Angel and this hair video

She actually runs a beauty business in Kent called AngelFace Salon. Love that for her. Angel has posted plenty of social media content in collaboration with the stylists who work there. In this video, the colouring looks gorgeous, but I’m a bit bemused as to what her hair is up to. Are all the windows in the salon wide open? Is there a faulty hair dryer in front of her? Did someone watch back Movie Night, and sigh so deeply that it’s created a breeze? Has a disturbed spirit chosen her hair as its next host?
3. Megan and Nyx Cosmetics
She wasn’t even in the villa for that long, but she’s really churning out the sponcon on Instagram. This ad for lip balm was really… erm… something. A moment of silence place for any unfortunate train passengers who spent their journey listening to two dumped Love Islanders film themselves sniffing Smushy’s lip gloss.
2. Dejon’s unboxing video

Dejon has had a lot going on since he left the Love Island villa. In the midst of allegations from a family member, he made an unboxing video for the wellbeing company Healf. I spent most of the video wishing someone would pass him scissors so he could get into the boxes quicker.
1. Harry and Cal AI
Harry’s extensive TikTok vlogs about his post-Love Island life are, erm, an acquired taste. A calorie-tracking app sponsored one video. Harry says he’s using the app to shift his “dad bod”. (Although, the literally steamy shirtless selfies of him at the gym suggest he might have a different definition of “da bod” to the rest of us.) The video includes Harry’s in-depth thoughts on his Nando’s lunch. He encourages his viewers to “get the garlic bread on the side, whack a couple of thighs on her”. Surely, this line alone makes this video the cringiest of all the Love Island 2025 cast’s brand collabs and sponcon so far.
We also see him try on clothes for half a minute, then complete his errands. Well, I’m sure some people out there find this interesting…
