Veronica takes one final savage swipe at Eliot after their heated MAFS Australia exit

Last night’s MAFS Australia Commitment Ceremony was the end of the road for Eliot and Veronica, and she’s taken one final swipe at him in her exit interview.

The groom was given another chance at finding love in the experiment after his marriage to Lauren failed, and his second one wasn’t much better.

Speaking to 9Entertainment after leaving the show, Veronica said: “He was just a bit stiff, and he didn’t really give me anything.”

The bride then shared one final savage remark: “It was like drawing blood from a stone with Eliot.” It’s safe to say they won’t be keeping in contact!

In the same interview, Veronica also revealed that she got really close to Lauren throughout the reality TV show, but none of it was shown.

“When I initially started to see signs of Eliot’s true colours, I was looking for someone who had also experienced him,” she explained.

“No one else in the experiment had met him – she was married to him, she had the opportunity to meet friends and family at the wedding.”

“And to be fair, towards the end of my relationship, that’s what I saw in him as well,” Veronica savagely continued.

Eliot and Veronica never saw eye to eye throughout the entire experiment, and they both chose to leave at the penultimate Commitment Ceremony.

While sitting on the sofa, Veronica accused Eliot of “baiting her” and constantly “shutting her down” all the time.

“No matter how many times I try to resolve it, it doesn’t end well for me. I feel completely blindsided by this whole amazing persona you’re putting on for the group,” she said.

The groom denied her claims, saying they were “blatant lies” and she was the one “doing the baiting”. However, by that point, the damage was already done.

I don’t think the experts did a very got job with Eliot’s matches.
