London osteopath who spied on changing students ‘agrees to cooperate with police’

A celebrity osteopath who spied on changing students in London has “agreed to cooperate with police” in further investigations.
Torben Hersborg was arrested last month near a uni in Islington with a camera and a telescope.
Hersborg had allegedly been taking covert pictures and videos of female students at their halls of residence.
The Danish national pleaded guilty to three charges of voyeurism last December and 60 videos of women getting undressed have also now been uncovered by detectives.
According to the Evening Standard, a December hearing was told that “he [Hersborg] was outside university halls of residence, spying on female students, filming and recording them”, and was spotted because of his distinctive car.
The hearing was also told of an investigation into another man suspected of colluding with Hersborg.
Judge Rhys Rosser stated that these were “not just isolated incidents” and took place “over the last four years”. He told the court that Hersborg “had a camera with tape over the lens and a telescope”, was “wearing black gloves, with black bin liners on the seat”.
He also noted that the defendant “had 60 videos of female university students changing and going about their private business.”
Hersborg is known for celebrity clients such as Ronnie Wood, Beverly Knight and Viscountess Emma Weymouth as well as Italian Serie A club Bresica.
Prosecutor Varinder Hayre told Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court last week: “When Mr Hersborg was arrested by police for these matters, they seized a number of recording devices,” and requested more time from the court as “most of these devices have not been examined by police yet.”
According to the prosecutor, “Mr Hersborg has come forward and is wanting to assist the police with further investigations”.
