A pint in these unis will cost you a meagre £1.30

After a long day of lectures there is only one thing on many students’ minds, and that is beer. Pints are drunk daily and by so many, but how much does a pint at your uni cost?

MyVoucherCodes.co.uk, an online discount site, has created a University Price Index to help students to see if their university gives them value for money when buying a pint of beer. Liverpool, UWE and UCLan have come out on top offering the cheapest pints at only £1.30. This is well below the average price of a pint at these different universities which costs £2.17. The most expensive pints fall over £3. Cambridge sells the most expensive pint at their uni selling them at £3.63 a pop.
