Besides making pop bangers, here are five of Dua Lipa’s most random but iconic side quests
She’s a busy girl
Dua Lipa is one of the world’s biggest pop stars – yet she seems to be doing everything but making music or touring. Besides her multiple holidays a year and spending time with Callum Turner, here are Dua Lipa’s most random, and honestly super iconic, side quests.
1. She runs a culture platform for book recs and articles called Service 95

Dua is known for being super into culture, especially reading. She started Service95 in 2021 – a lifestyle and culture platform that includes a website, a podcast, a weekly newsletter and a book club. There are even monthly hand-picked book recommendations from Dua herself, and special interviews with the authors.
2. She owns Radical22, a media production company
Dua might be in her Succession era, because she’s started Radical22, a global media company. Under Radical22, she has Radical22 Publishing and Radical22 Productions, all fully owned by the singer. It’s early days still, but it looks like Radical22 will focus on producing music and films from independent creators.
3. She literally just got a GCSE in Spanish

She may be 30, but that hasn’t stopped Dua Lipa from getting her GCSE in Spanish! She’s already bilingual, fluent in both English and Albanian, and now has her sights set on A Level Spanish. How she does all this while making music is honestly so impressive.
4. She runs a a whole music festival called Sunny Hill

As someone who is half Kosovan, Dua loves pouring back into her home community. Besides being an official ambassador for the country, she’s also the creator of Sunny Hill Festival. This yearly culture festival happens in Kosovo, and brings in both international and local artists.
5. She’s even done a couple of big screen performances

Dua has recently started acting, first as a minor supporting character in Barbie, and most recently as a villain in Argyle, a spy-thriller film.
“I had a really great time, and it was really exciting, but I think for me it’s like baby steps,” she said, talking about the experience on her podcast.
“I think my biggest fear would be taking on a really big role and being, like, fuck. Now I have to, like, be an actor and feel these emotions and feelings on camera, when I haven’t, like, you know, brought myself up to that point yet. But definitely really exciting.”
